Stillness, first.
Classical hatha yoga taught the slow way — breath before posture, patience before strength. The rest follows. It always does.
Scroll — the lotus breathes with you
Named for the one
who waited.
At the door of every Shiva temple sits Nandi — the bull who waited so completely that waiting became worship. Yoga's first student.
We took his name because his method is our method: arrive, sit, let the breath settle. Strength comes later.

J.V. Nandini
Nandini has taught yoga across Madurai for more than a decade — at the Gandhi Museum, as visiting faculty in the city's colleges, and in wellness programmes for everyone from students to senior government officials.
“I don't teach postures. I teach people to stop fighting their own breath.”
In 2026 she brought that decade home, founding Nandi Yoga & Counselling in Avaniyapuram. Her classes are quiet, precise, and unhurried — beginners are corrected gently and by hand.
